The New York Times Features MxR’s Open Source Head Mounted Displays

The open source designs of the MxR Lab at ICT are featured today in a New York Times article on the Oculus Rift. The article quoted Mark Bolas, ICT associate director for mixed reality research and development, and noted that Oculus founder Palmer Luckey worked at ICT and that elements of the Oculus are based on Bolas’s research at USC.
