Secretary of the Army Learns about ELITE

Secretary of the Army John McHugh receives a briefing from Fort Leavenworth’s MAJ Greg Pavlichko about a new program, called the Emergent Leader Immersive Training Environment (ELITE). ELITE provides training scenarios to help young leaders develop their counseling skills. Pavlichko, of the Army Games for Training Program, demonstrated ELITE at the recent Association of the United States Army convention in Washington.
The screen shot comes from an ELITE training scenario. ELITE software can now be downloaded by Soldiers (with a CAC card) from the Army MilGaming portal.
ELITE was developed by ICT in collaboration with the Army Research Lab’s Human Research and Engineering Directorate, Simulation and Training Technology Center.
