Researchers at the USC Institute for Creative Technologies show how they use science to create special effects, virtual humans and much more.
Don’t ignore your artistic side. That was the message delivered to future scientists from Francisco Bravo Medical Magnet High School during their visit to the USC Institute for Creative Technologies.
A group of nearly 30 students from Bravo’s newly established Engineering for Health Academy spent a recent morning speaking with researchers at the institute as part of a program funded by the California Department of Education to expose high schoolers to career paths based in science, technology, engineering and math.
