NCO Journal Covers ICT Technologies

The August issue of NCO Journal, the professional development magazine for U.S. Army non-commissioned officers, featured several stories about ICT, with an emphasis on how the institute uses technology and storytelling to help the Army train future leaders. The coverage included stories about ELITE, ICT’s interpersonal and informal counseling skills training that is being used at Ft. Benning; Strive and Virtual Iraq/Afghanistan, virtual reality projects that help troops prepare for and recover from experiences in the field; and SimCoach, ICT’s web-based virtual human coach that is part of an effort to break down barriers to getting mental health support.
