Jane’s International Defense Review Features ICT work in Cultural Awareness Training

An article in the December 2012 issue of Jane’s International Defense Review covered U.S. military efforts at cultural awareness training and highlighted ICT-developed prototypes in this area, including the BiLAT negotiation training video game and the Combat Hunter Action and Observation Simulation (CHAOS) that is installed at Camp Pendleton. ICT project director Julia Kim was interviewed for the story. Kim noted that while ELECT BiLAT was developed to represent an Iraq-based scenario, the skills developed are transferable and applicable across many societies and cultures.
