Dronemapping.org was created by the Institute for Creative Technologies (ICT) at the University of Southern California; the Combined Arms Center — Training (CAC-T), Fort Leavenworth, Kan.; Army Research Laboratory, Orlando, Fla., and the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, N.Y. ICT is a Defense Department University Affiliated Research Center.
