The Changing National Training Center

A look at the changing National Training Center, by Brigadier General Robert W. Cone, U.S. Army. ICT has been very involved in adding realism their existing training through an enhancement program, bringing Hollywood talent to the NTC. The areas of focus have been in scenario development, role-play training, higher end editing for their AARs and special effects. Next we will integrate some of ICT technologies into the training, notably the case-method base tool, Army Excellence in Leadership (AXL), that have context set by a team of producers, directors, writers, actors and editors to create scenarios focused in IED Defeat.
