The Intelligent Human Perception Lab focuses on understanding and tracking human behaviors, social signals and emotions. To this end, IHP performs multimodal machine learning to analyze verbal and nonverbal behaviors. Ongoing research includes multimodal machine learning, human-agent interaction, mental health assessment, facial expression analysis and computational understanding of motivations and emotions.
