Emotion Sensing in VR: How VR is Being Used to Benefit Mental Health

Exposure Therapy (ET) using VR is an increasingly popular alternative method amongst some practitioners to administer safe and regulated therapy for patients suffering from mental health. Previously, technological and cost barriers have limited the use of Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy (VRET) to the private sector.
