Project Description
Geometry Limits in a Game Engine will compare game engine capabilities and limitations of rendering high-resolution geometries. The student will research current methods of loading and interacting with geometry and use this to further modeling and simulation. The student will document the development of prototypes, which compare at least two different game engines.

Job Description
The research assistant will design the study, develop working prototypes, as well as document and present findings of the work.

Preferred Skills

  • 3D environment programming experience (e.g. Unity or Unreal)
  • Some experience in interactive/game design
  • Experience in 3D modeling
